Booking Conformation

The submission of completed booking form will constitute an offer by you and a contract shall come into existence, it is then not transferable. No details of the booking may be altered without consent from Lauralee Holidays.

Number in your party

The contract will be entered into on the understanding that the total number in the party shall under no circumstances exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday accommodation, if it is found that there are more guest in the property and not included on the booking form and without informing Lauralee Holidays you will all be instructed to vacate immediately by the security and no refund will be given,

If after your booking is confirmed and you require to make any changes to the booking there will be a admin charge,  The Property is for 8 guests only child in cot not included

Initial Payment

When you book Lauralee Villa the initial payment ,deposit calculated as on the booking form must be sent to us via the next first class post as no guarantee of booking can be given until payment is received.

The Balance of Payment

As shown on your booking Confirmation, the balance is due and payable and must be received 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The Key/Damage Deposit is refundable after inspection and will be returned to you after 14 days.

Booking Cancellation

If you are compelled to cancel your holiday you must confirm in writing to us by first class mail and enclose the booking Confirmation. The date of the postmark is the date upon which the cancellation becomes affective. Our acknowledgement in writing will be your confirmation that you’re booking as been cancelled,

If you have to cancel within 8 weeks of your holiday starting date you will be held responsible for the full balance of your holiday cost and no refund will be retuned. Bookings can be Transferable to a recommended person/family/friend there is a £40 administration premium

Money back Guarantee

We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday ,our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

If you have to cancel before 8 weeks of your holiday start date, we will refund monies paid (less deposit and holiday Cancellation administration premium at 15% off monies paid ) 

Restrictions                                                                                                                              No Electric Scooters or E-Bikes Allowed in the property

 N0 Smoking If there is evidence of smoking or the smell of smoking taken place inside the property you will loose your £30 damage deposit. If there is any damage from the effect of smoking you will be charged for the damage.


No Pets Aloud

Linen / Towels Sheets, Pillowcases and all Towels are provide (But must not be taken out of the accommodation)

Wheelchair / Disabled persons

The holiday homes we offer are unsuitable for holidaymakers with mobility difficulties.


There is car parking provided, plus a Free on street parking permit of you book 7 nights there will be charged £10 for less than 7 nights bookings or to replace it if lost, your vehicle and accessories and contents that are brought to the holiday home are at your risk, and we will not take any responsible for loss or damage thereto from any causes.

Personal Possessions

We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal possessions brought into or left in the holiday home.

Vacating the Holiday Home

On vacating the holiday home you must vacate by 10am this is to give the cleaner’s time to change all beds and clean the rooms for the next occupants at 3pm.

Please leave the Holiday home clean and tidy or you may be charged for extra cleaning
